Privacy policy

This policy describes the data handling implemented in this version of Tangle-Croft. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

Contact the operator at the email above for privacy questions. Please identify the relevant interaction without including unnecessary sensitive information.

Searching and viewing the catalogue

The site serves static pages and a compact catalogue index. Searching, filtering and sorting run in your browser. Search terms are reflected in page URLs so you can revisit or share a selection. A URL may be visible in browser history, server requests or a link you share; avoid entering sensitive information.

The hosting service may receive ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers when it serves a page or asset. No hosting provider or server-log retention period has been specified for this local review version, so this policy does not invent one.

Local browser storage

The tc-privacy key in localStorage remembers whether you allowed optional Google tags. You can change this choice using Privacy choices in the footer or clear site data in your browser. There is no registration, password or booking profile on this website.

Google Tag Manager and choices

Container GTM-N5L2BCT7 is included in the site. With JavaScript enabled, the container is not requested until you choose Allow Google tags. Choose Essential only to leave optional Google tags off. Privacy choices in the footer lets you change that decision; declining triggers a page reload to stop container scripts on the new page.

Tag Manager is a container: its configured tags determine any further processing. We do not claim that a particular analytics or advertising tag is configured. When the container is requested, Google receives connection information. If JavaScript is disabled, the required noscript iframe may request Google’s container endpoint without displaying the JavaScript consent control.

See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s processing. Changing your choice does not itself erase data already received by a third party or cookies it previously set.

Property photographs and external links

Property photos load from the Hotelbeds photo service. That service receives the network information needed to deliver an image, including the connection’s IP address. Generated destination pictures and site files are served with the website.

Property websites and Google Maps open only when you select their links. Those separate services apply their own privacy terms. Opening an external link is different from the browser’s background loading of a displayed property image.

Messages you send us

Emailing the contact address sends us your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. These are used to understand and handle the request. This website does not offer a contact form, payment form or account system.

No fixed email-retention schedule has been supplied for this project. Ask the operator about a specific message or request deletion; do not assume that clearing your browser also deletes email already sent.

Requests and policy changes

You can contact the operator to ask about information associated with your interaction, request a correction or raise a deletion or privacy concern. Describe the request so the operator can assess it; applicable rights depend on the circumstances and relevant law.

We may update this page when site functions or data handling change. The date above identifies this version. The site is a hotel information service and is not designed to collect information from children.
